LT2FBA Pre-Draft Alumnus Elijah Ellis Signs with the Los Angeles Chargers

DALLAS, TX — The LT2FBA Linemen Training program proudly congratulates 2025 NFL PreDraft alum and standout offensive lineman, on Elijah Ellis officially signing with the Los Angeles Chargers.

This marks a major step in Elijah’s football journey and a proud moment for the LT2FBA Pre-Draft development pipeline.

Elijah, a 6’7”, 330-pound offensive lineman, spent this past offseason sharpening his game as part of the LT2FBA Pre-Draft Skills Program. Known for his length, strength, and footwork, Ellis’s work ethic shined bright through his 6 months of using the program’s , position-specific coaching, and pro-day prep through John Kasa of Legends Performance to elevate his profile among NFL scouts and coaches.

“Elijah came in locked in every single day,” said Coach Logan Tuley-Tillman, founder of LT2FBA. “He wasn’t just trying to make it to the league — he was working to thrive in it. From attention to detail and willingness to compete made him a leader in our Pre-Draft class. He attacked every opportunity with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind & set a pristine example of how a pro goes about his business.”

Originally from Paris Texas, Elijah started his college football career at Baylor University then transferred to Marshall University where he developed into a reliable pass protector and physical run blocker that was a cornerstone of their conference championship run last fall. His versatility and size made him a stand out in the pre-draft process, and after putting together a strong showing at the CGS bowl game & showing well in workouts and interviews, the Chargers saw enough to bring him in to sign him to a contract.

Housed out of Performance Medicine & Sports Therapy (PMST) Elijah benefited from customized OL skills sessions, NFL combine simulation training with Coach John (Kasa) , and elite recovery through the PMST staff all aimed at preparing players for the realities of the professional game. His signing is a testament to the success of that model.

Why It Matters

Elijah Ellis is not only a professional athlete now — he’s a representation of what a focused young man can accomplish when they dedicate themselves to their craft. His Agent Shaun Naidoo from 300 Sports recognized the value that linemen training and development can lead to when paired with elite level S&C / Recovery. For the younger linemen primed to come through the LT2FBA skills pipeline, his path sets the blueprint.

What’s Next

Elijah now heads to Los Angeles where he will begin minicamp and prepare to make his mark on a competitive roster led by Head Coach Jim Harbaugh. With his size, athleticism, and developmental foundation, he’s expected to compete for a roster spot.

We couldn’t be prouder to see Elijah fulfill his dream — and we look forward to seeing him live his dreams on Sundays!
